As part of our reading list, we were suggested to read a chapter from the book 'Transmedia Storytelling: Imagery, Shapes and Techniques'.  This book gave me insight into planning a story that is told over multiple different platforms.

This chapter tells the importance of planning the narrative carefully. In order to capture the audiences attention it will be important for me and my group to plan out the story across each platform carefully.

When users are introduced to other platforms, it gives them the chance to leave the experience of the story. This is because each platform acts like a barrier, each time the audience has to change platform they are introduced to this barrier and many will not make the crossover. It will be important to ensure that the story is compelling enough to keep the attention of the audience.
